Created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, Pilates is a low-impact, strength-building exercise that creates functional strength. This mind-body movement supports healing injuries, core strength, better and posture. Pilates helps you build foundational body strength that helps you move into other forms of movement.

Prototype
Lana's business received a grant in 2023 for an innovative business idea. That is where she built her Prototype. This setup allows clients more affordable access to reformer uses to reach their goals. It gives instructors the ability to take sick leave/vacation or to see two clients at the same time.

Lana has been in practice since 2004. She specializes in rehabilitative and a whole-body approach to injuries and trauma with Pilates, and bodywork modalities like craniosacral therapy, pregnancy/Mayan fertility massage, sports, & neuromuscular therapy.
